3. The labeling environment temperature should meet the product requirements. Any kind of self-adhesive material has a related labeling temperature. Below this temperature, the adhesiveness of the self-adhesive will be limited, which will cause problems such as weak labeling and warping. In addition, the labeling temperature is lower. It will also cause the phenomenon of flying labels during the labeling process; for the usual "summer distribution" materials, it is recommended to use them in an environment above 15℃, and the "transition/winter distribution" can be used in an environment of 10-20℃.
4. label pretreatment, this is very important in cold regions. If the temperature of the label material itself is low due to transportation and storage conditions that cannot meet the requirements, or even frostbite, although the processing or labeling environment temperature meets the requirements, the adhesive viscosity will also be affected due to the inability to recover in time. Therefore, under the above circumstances, the label material should be placed in an environment that meets the low labeling temperature or higher for a period of time, so that the temperature of the label material itself rises, and the viscosity is restored before processing or labeling.
