But from the perspective of production process and quality assurance, the self-adhesive material consists of the following 7 parts: surface coating, surface material, layered coating, adhesive, separation coating (silicon coating), backing paper , Back coating or back printing. The following briefly introduces the printing process of non-drying paper and non-drying paper stickers.

1. Surface coating.

 Used to change the surface characteristics of surface materials. Increase the surface tension, change the color, increase the protective layer, better receive ink, facilitate printing, prevent dirt, increase ink adhesion, and prevent printing balls from falling off. Mainly used for surface coating of aluminum foil, aluminum paper and other non-absorbent materials, such as various film materials.

2. Surface materials

In the last material used, the surface material can be a printed copy on the front and an adhesive on the back. Generally speaking, all elastically deformable materials can be used to make fabrics, such as paper, film, composite foil, various fibers, metal sheets, rubber and other self-adhesive materials. The type of surface material depends on the final application and printing process. It is suitable for printing and printing. The ink has good performance and strength enough for various processing, such as die cutting, scrap, slimming, drilling and labeling.

Just like surface coating, only the reverse side of the surface is coated. The main purposes of floor coating are:

1. Protect the surface material and prevent the adhesive from penetrating.

It has a variety of surface materials and various formulas suitable for various occasions. Adhesive is an important part of the self-adhesive production process and the core of label application technology.

5.decoating (silica gel coating)

Apply silicone oil to the surface of the base to make the surface of the base extremely low tension and smooth to prevent glue sticking.

6. the bottom

The bottom surface is used to receive the release agent coating, protect the adhesive on the back of the surface material, and support the labeling on stamping dies, waste and labeling machines.

7. back coating or back printing

Adhesive coating is a protective film on the back of the backing paper to prevent the glue around the label from flowing out of the backing paper and sticking to the backing paper. The other role is to create multi-layer labels. The reverse side is printed on the bottom with the manufacturer’s trademark or pattern for publicity and to prevent counterfeiting. Before discussing the process and processing methods of paper stickers printing, let's take a look at what is paper stickers printing and how it is different from traditional label printing. Stickers, also known as paper stickers, are paper, film or special materials such as timely stickers, instant stickers, pressure sensitive paper, etc. The back is coated with viscous materials, the composite paper is coated with silicone protective paper, and it is processed by printing and die cutting.
